Convert number to text is an Add-In. It results the numbers into words alongwith "paise" and "only".
How to install:
1. Download the Add-In on your Desktop. Download Link:

2. Download the file and save it to Desktop. Copy the file.
3. Open MS-Excel.
4. Go to Tools -> ADD-Ins ->Browse
5. A window will open "AddIns" folder.
6. Paste here the file.
7. Press Ok. Make sure that the Num2text add-in is displyed in the list and it is selected by tick mark in the check box. Press Ok again to close Add-Ins Window.
How it Works?
Suppose Cell A1 contains 1001.23
Type formula in Cell B1 =num2text(A1)
Cell B1 will display Rupees One Thousand One and Paise Twenty Three Only
It will change the amount in words automatically as the Cell A1 gets changed.
